Hebert College Cribs is a family-owned and managed student rental property business in Oxford, Ohio. Our connection to Miami University and the Oxford community is personal. Two of our four owners are Miami alumni, with another soon to join them. Our family has loved our time at Miami and everything that makes Oxford such a special college town.

We know that where you live is an important part of the college experience. That’s why we focus on providing comfortable, updated, and well-maintained homes where students can enjoy their time at Miami and make the most of their years in Oxford.

Because we own and manage our properties ourselves, we take pride in the homes we offer and the experience of the students who live in them. From renovating and improving our properties to staying involved in their ongoing management, our goal is simple: to provide quality student housing that we would feel good about living in ourselves.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that has meant so much to our family, and we hope our properties can help make Oxford feel a little more like home for the students who live in them.
